The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and is just a short walk away from restaurants and bars. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels provided. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

A good welcome here. Big clean rooms and a good bar and restaurant. Convenient location close to the beach and shops. The owner is from Hawaii and is fair to everyone. They do not not charge premium rates for major public holidays (unlike all the other Sihanoukville hotels). Would definitely stay at Aqua Resort again.

This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being close to the island of Koh Rong and within walking distance of Serenity beach where there are plenty of tourist places. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the local area.

This place offers a great 3-star experience with a short walk to the beach and the convenience of having lunch at Taj Mahal just 200 meters away.

It was near to the main strip and has a swimming pool which was relatively good size. Good size portions of food.

Constant blackouts, had to change room, bathroom amenities not great nor was the bathroom that clean or new. Staff not overly friendly. Shower not that hot.

The toilet had problems. Whilst the room was 'cleaned' each day the floor actually didn't get swept for the week that we stayed for.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the beautiful Serenity beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a clean and refreshing pool. The breakfast offered was excellent, with a wide variety of options available at a very reasonable price.

Staff was excellent, they upgraded me to a larger room b/c availability was limited. Very fast service which was really nice

Bathrooms were a little rudimentary... I am very picky though. Location is a little far to walk to the beach, but ok if you don't mind walking a bit. Very easy to access by tuk tuk.

Really nice and friendly staff and owner (we had a beer with him almost every day!) Great pool.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed with the wide variety of TV channels and the reliable Wi-Fi signal provided by the hotel. The hot shower and air conditioning were also much appreciated after a long day exploring the city. the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel. Although it was within walking distance of the city, the street leading to the hotel was poorly lit and deserted at night.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Shortly after I checked in it began pouring rain and the guttering outside my room began to leak, so they moved me to another room just incase water came into my room. The hotel was in a great location, an easy walk to The Barista Cafe (for a great coffee - providing the owner of the cafe makes it, and not his assistant!), Nyam (for a great meal) and only 20-25 minutes from the market precinct (be sure to go to Starfish Bakery Cafe up there). The meals at Aqua were also good...with the Ginger and Chicken particularly delicious. I would stay there again if I ever return to Sihanoukville (which I can't see happening, but you never know!)

I find that the criticisms of Cambodian hotels, not just on this review system, but others as well, are filled with 'first world problems' ie 'I had to carrying bag up a flight of stairs.' For goodness sake, if you want things to be as they are at home, stay home! I'd like to see what these people could get accommodation wise in their homelands for $25 a night...

The pool was fantastic and clean, customer service and very close to the beach.

This hotel is a great value for money, with big rooms and attentive staff. They even provide a meal and coffee with your stay. The pool is clean and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the location, close to a beautiful waterfall and the vibrant city center.
